Exclusive Cottons of the Caribbean


	From its inception in 2004, Anstey has served as the Chairman of Exclusive Cottons of the Caribbean Inc. A Land Surveyor by profession, he also serves as President of the Commonwealth Association of Surveying & Land Economy (CASLE) for the Atlantic Region. Anstey serves as a director of several private sector businesses involved in agriculture, land development and housing. Anstey is an avid Do-it-yourself’er. He relaxes to good music, enjoys his garden and won’t say ‘no’ to going fishing.
	Adlai’s distinguished history in pricing, finance management and negotiations serves him well at Exclusive Cottons of the Caribbean Inc. Adlai holds an MBA in finance from the University of Florida and a BSc in Accounting from the University of the West Indies. This proud father of three encourages the development of artistic talents in his children and can be seen at many a violin and dance recital.
	Gerard’s experience in the manufacturing industry lies in the areas of Quality Operations and Production management. His specialty is in Quality Management, having successfully implemented two ISO Quality Systems. He is responsible for all aspects of the Ginnery operation as well as the handling, storage and quality of lint. Gerard maintains the exchange of information with the cotton growers and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in agronomic matters. Gerard holds a 6th Dan Black Belt in the art of Karate.
	Lucyann spent most of her adult life in Canada, fine tuning her abilities in the marketing and financial environments of Toronto. At ECCI she assists the CEO and works closely with interior and apparel designers, manufacturers, buyers and suppliers. She coordinates the design, product development and sale of ECCI’s ‘Caribbean Line’, as well as manages the day to day operation of the executive office. She still finds time for her passion – creating gourmet dishes and elaborate desserts.
	Lisa is a Certified General Accountant whose strong business skills lie in investment banking primarily for US clients. She possesses experience in trades on the US and Asian markets, has designed financial systems, corporate and personnel procedures as well implemented treasury and investment controls. Lisa enjoys her primary role as a wife and mother of four and serves on the Executive PTA Committees of her children’s schools.
