Do you accept credit card payments?

Currently we are not set up to transact electronically or online
using credit cards, ATM and paypal methods of payment. We can take
orders for product via email, payments can be made directly to our
bank via wire transfer, Western Union, postal money order or bank
draft. Payments must include shipping costs. Any applicable duties
or taxes are paid by you on receipt of product, at your end. Product
is sent out as soon as payments are received in full.

We are making arrangements to accept all major credit cards ( AX,
Visa, MasterCard). Meanwhile we accept wire transfers to our bank,
Western Union, postal money orders or bank drafts and will let our
customers know via this website as soon as we are ready for
electronic transactions.

What is your payment policy?

Orders for custom made articles or fabric and yarn orders of
over $1000. USD – we require a 50% non-refundable deposit with order
through the abovementioned methods. Final payment (in full) is
required on notification of completion of the order and prior to our
shipping product to you. If the order is for fabric or yarn, this
will be cut and shipped on receipt of full payment.

What about orders for single pieces?

Orders for custom made articles or fabric and yarn orders
between $100. and $1000. USD – we require a full, non-refundable
payment with order, on notification of completion of order and prior
to our shipping to you. If the order is for fabric or yarn, this
will be cut and shipped on receipt of full payment.

What method of shipment do you use?

For all local purchases within the St. Thomas, St. George areas
of Barbados, we will deliver free of charge. All other Parishes a
delivery charge of $10.00.
For shipments outside of Barbados, we use Express
Post, door to door and these charges will be added to your final
billing. Unless you specify a particular courier company and supply
details of an account number. Suitable arrangements will be made
for large shipments.

What is your turn around/delivery time on finished products?
Answer: 1 to 3 weeks depending on item and size of order.

May I order fabric directly from you?

Yes. If you are a fabrics dealer/retailer or designer located in
Barbados, ordering cotton fabric that is already in stock,
which can be either collected from our location or ready for
collection/delivery within 24 hrs.
If you are outside of Barbados, we must first determine the timing
for transferring a shipment from Barbados to wherever you are. We
will notify you about this turnaround time before you order.
If ordering a new fabric to be constructed from West
Indian Sea Island Cotton, the turnaround time is dependent upon the
size of the order (1000 m+) and this is usually requires 12 to 15
weeks. Some weaves take a bit longer than others and may take up to
4.5 months for delivery.

Can a custom-made order be transacted on the net?

Yes. Details and measurements should be sent to our email
address info@eccicotton.bb. However, items can only be made from our fabrics and in the
designs that we offer on-line. You may purchase a minimum of 1m of
fabric and have whomever you choose make whatever you choose.

How does a customer determine his/her correct size?

A size chart is provided on the site.

What sizes do you manufacturer?

Regular sizes of Small, Medium and Large. X large, XX large are
usually not standard so items in these sizes will be custom made.
These sizes are priced before they are cut and we require a 50%
non-refundable deposit prior to cutting.
